Arrival and vehicle handover

1. Follow the «Departure» signs at Zurich-Kloten Airport, taking you to the Check-in 1/2 ramp. Keep to the right where the lanes branch off shortly before the barrier and follow the «Services» signal.

2. Ring the bell at the barrier for «Valet Parking». We will respond via the intercom system and open the barrier for you.

3. Park your vehicle on the left side in one of the designated Valet Parking spaces and lock it. Hand in the key at the Valet Parking counter, located near the entrance to Check-in 1. Let us know your precise return flight details (date, time and flight number).

4. On your return, collect your car key from the Valet Parking counter. Your vehicle will be ready for you again on the ramp.

Your vehicle will remain at Zurich Airport during your absence. We will take it directly from the departure ramp to a designated area in an official airport car park.

The vehicle will leave the airport area only, if «additional vehicle-relate services» are to be provided. In which case, it will be driven to our Head Office/AMAG Kloten for these services and parked in a secure car park.
